Description
The Construction Technician performs general maintenance, construction, remodeling, and building-preparation work for customer sites, including installation of windows, frames, flooring, trim, and hardware, as well as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and light electrical work. The role requires prior construction or related experience, manual and power-tool use, physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and work in variable outdoor conditions. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits available.
