Description
Spectrum is hiring a Construction Technician to build and maintain network infrastructure in hands-on outdoor construction environments. The role involves moving and securing cable equipment, digging and restoring trenches, burying conduit and cables, pulling lasher, strand and cable between poles, performing traffic control, and operating crew vehicles. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to climb poles and operate ladders, and familiarity with computer systems; basic electronic testing equipment knowledge and a CDL are preferred. The role may require travel, overnight stays, overtime, weekend or second-shift work, and on-call rotation, with base pay generally between $20.00 and $28.20.
