The role is a construction-site position responsible for preparing and managing job sites, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, conducting surveys and quality-control tests, operating and maintaining light and heavy equipment, and supporting skilled tradespeople. It requires knowledge of construction materials, building codes, safety protocols, blueprint reading, and basic CAD/AutoCAD skills; mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering education and construction experience are advantageous.
