Description
Welltower is hiring a remote Construction Lead to oversee apartment interior remodeling projects. The role performs hands-on renovation work such as demolition, cabinet installation, drywall, finish carpentry, plumbing, and electrical fixture installation; coordinates laborers, subcontractors, and on-site staff; conducts quality control; mentors workers; manages tools and materials; and communicates project updates to the Construction Manager. Candidates need at least three years of interior residential construction or related experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel between sites, and proficiency with construction tools and blueprints. Compensation is $37–$45 per hour plus bonus, with medical, dental, and vision options.
