Fairfield is seeking a Construction Technician II to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting apartment renovation and construction management efforts, focusing on interior demolition, installation, finishing, and quality control. This hands-on role involves removing existing fixtures, installing new ones, completing drywall repairs, painting, and ensuring units are ready for occupancy. The technician will also monitor unit progress, manage materials, and coordinate with subcontractors.
