Description
KPR Transform is hiring an AI Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end client engagements for artificial intelligence in architecture, engineering, and construction. The role covers diagnostics, strategy, roadmap and business-case development, technical implementation, executive workshops, adoption, and documented outcomes, with travel to client sites up to 75%. The consultant will also support the Managing Director in developing new engagements, expanding services, and building public thought leadership. The position requires 5–8+ years of client-facing strategy, advisory, or transformation experience, AEC experience, hands-on modern AI-tool use, executive presence, and independence. Compensation is a base salary of $140,000 to $200,000 plus a performance bonus and equity, with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible PTO benefits.
