Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo is hiring a Construction Trainee to explore construction roles across development, residential and non-residential construction, renovation and transformation, and management and operations. The trainee will work in the office and on construction sites, potentially taking on roles such as site supervisor, work planner, estimator, and business office employee, with a two-year learning period. The position requires a relevant MBO, HBO, or WO diploma in construction, a commercial mindset, and strong communication skills. The salary starts at €3,100 gross per month based on 40 hours, excluding an 8% holiday allowance, and is followed by a one-year contract after a one-month probationary period.
