The employer is urgently seeking a construction work planner for earthworks and roadworks. The role prepares plans and technical data sheets, analyzes files for gaps and optimizations, coordinates with site managers, project managers, drafters, purchasing, engineering firms, subcontractors, and clients, and supervises a planner and purchaser. The position requires a master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction), technical insight, a solution-oriented and customer-friendly approach, and Dutch proficiency.
