Duties include minor demolition and masonry, floor joists, waterproofing, insulation, paneling, plastering, joinery, screeds, tiling, and drainage. The role requires independent daily travel to Éghezée by 7:00 a.m., conscientiousness, safety compliance, and broad finishing-trade experience.
