Description
The role coordinates residential and/or commercial construction projects, overseeing schedules, costs, quality, safety, contracts, procurement, performance indicators, risks, and stakeholder meetings. It supports pre-construction, commissioning, and final handover, and requires a Civil Engineering bachelor's degree with active CREA registration, vertical construction project experience, leadership of engineers and construction teams, and proficiency in Excel and construction planning tools. The position requires frequent site visits and offers advantages in postgraduate project or construction management education, BIM, Lean Construction, MS Project, Power BI, and quality-management-system experience.
