Eiffage Génie Civil is hiring a construction works supervisor/works manager to plan, organize, monitor, and deliver civil engineering projects from preparation through completion. The role involves managing teams, preparing schedules and budgets, handling administrative and contractual procedures, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, environmental compliance, and cash flow, and performing specialized duties for metal construction, nuclear works, or demolition/decontamination depending on assignment. The position requires significant experience as a site supervisor or works engineer and a Bac+5 level education, with possible authorizations such as H0-B0 electrical clearance.
