Catamount Constructors is hiring a Constructor’s Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various roles and locations. The role sources candidates, develops pipelines, collaborates with hiring managers and HR partners, screens applicants, coordinates interviews, supports candidate experience, tracks recruitment metrics, and contributes to enterprise talent projects. The position requires at least five years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing and communication skills, and the ability to manage approximately 20 requisitions; a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred. The salary range is $90,000–$130,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
