Old Dominion Heat Trace is hiring a full-time Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for heat trace construction projects. The role analyzes plans, specifications, labor, materials, equipment, and other costs; manages vendor pricing, bid packages, purchase orders, change orders, and ongoing cost analysis; and supports project profitability from preconstruction through completion. The position is based in Richmond, Virginia, requires at least three years of heat trace construction estimating experience, and offers a $100,000–$125,000 annual base salary plus a bonus opportunity.
