ELCA Advisory is hiring a Consultant in Lausanne/Pully or Geneva to support AI-powered digital transformation engagements across strategy, business analysis, workshops, project workstreams, and implementation support. The role involves working with senior client stakeholders, bridging business and IT, preparing analyses and presentations, coaching junior colleagues, and developing client relationships. Candidates should have 2–4 years of consulting or high-caliber technology consulting experience, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, a relevant degree, and excellent French and English; German is an advantage.
