Description
The Consultant works with project teams at client sites, supports analyses and project structuring, develops strategic solutions and recommendations, contributes to the development of H&Z, conducts client interviews, and leads workshops and meetings. The role is available on an as-needed basis, primarily during the week at client sites, with Fridays typically spent in offices in Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg. It requires a master's degree, initial consulting experience through internships or student consulting, fluent German and English, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
