Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Operational Excellence Consultant to partner with internal production sites and external suppliers on diagnosing performance gaps, conducting root-cause analyses, improving throughput and capacity, reducing costs, implementing Lean and continuous-improvement solutions, and supporting production planning, KPIs, dashboards, and digital initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of consulting or manufacturing-operations experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, hands-on shop-floor experience, and the ability to travel as needed.
