Sia Partners is recruiting a Consultant, Analytics Engineer to work with clients on turning raw data into actionable data products and analyses. The role involves understanding business needs, designing scalable data models, building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, establishing data governance, industrializing dashboards, APIs, and analytical models, training users, and supporting projects from diagnosis through deployment and change management. The position also includes internal R&D, knowledge sharing, and business-development support. Candidates should have a master’s degree or equivalent engineering or business-school education with data science, statistics, or marketing specialization, 1–3 years of relevant experience, advanced SQL and data-transformation skills, cloud experience, dimensional modeling expertise, and professional French and English.
