Keystone is hiring a Consultant and AI Agent Manager to combine strategy consulting with hands-on agentic AI delivery. The role scopes ambiguous client problems, conducts research and analysis, develops AI-enabled execution roadmaps, manages AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows, prototypes solutions, and prepares client-ready recommendations. Candidates need experience in strategy or AI-related consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, LLM integration, and enterprise technology. The position offers an annual salary of $140,000–$190,000 USD, plus a discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits.
