Accela is hiring a full-time Consultant for its Managed Services team to support large and complex government SaaS clients using Accela Land Management or Business Licensing solutions. The role covers system administration, ticket triage, user management, release testing, workflow and business-rule development, fee calculations, reporting, urgent issue resolution, and advanced scripting and automation. Candidates need an IT and business systems background, experience with the Accela Civic Platform and complex enterprise information systems, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers an annual base salary of $95,000 to $110,000, a discretionary bonus target, and comprehensive benefits.
