Description
BLP is hiring a full-time Consultant or Senior Consultant to own portfolios of live customers and lead the transition from partially automated processes to fully autonomous AI-native operations. The role configures and tunes agents, drives automation sprints, resolves business-logic questions, improves customer health and account economics, escalates issues, and brings in Sales for expansion opportunities. The position is based in Munich or Cologne, with onboarding in Zurich and regular customer visits across the DACH region. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, at least three years of consulting, process improvement, shared services, or ERP process ownership experience, deep knowledge of purchase-to-pay or order-to-cash processes, and fluency in German and English.
