CODEX Partners is hiring a Consultant in management consulting. The role involves independently managing workstreams within larger projects, including market and competitor analyses, researching market and company data, conducting expert interviews, developing solutions with project teams and clients, preparing analysis and results documentation, and presenting findings in workshops and client meetings. The position is based in Munich with work at client sites in Germany and abroad, and may include coaching junior consultants, analysts, and interns. Candidates need at least two years of consulting experience or an MBA/PhD with relevant professional experience, client-facing experience, strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent German and very good English (or vice versa), and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
