Evidence Action seeks a Consultant to enhance the capacity of the West and Central Africa (WCA) Data Analytics and Learning (DAL) unit to perform high-quality Comprehensive Facility Survey (CFS) analysis. The consultant will focus on improving the team's analytical capabilities through technical coaching, protocol development, and quality assurance reviews. This role involves strengthening the team's ability to independently deliver accurate CFS analysis by October 2026, contributing to broader analytical capacity, and potentially extending the engagement to cover blind re-analyses and readiness assessments.
