Microsoft is hiring a GenAI Solutions Engineer to embed with customer stakeholders and deliver production-grade agentic and GenAI solutions across Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure. The role covers requirements translation, architecture, prototyping, integration, evaluation, security, deployment, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and reusable asset development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 10+ years of enterprise-scale Microsoft-platform solution delivery experience, with customer-facing engineering, AI risk mitigation, and operational readiness strongly preferred.
