Description
SOCOTEC is hiring a full-time Building Envelope and Roofing Design Consultant to report to a Principal or designee within the Building Envelope division. The role covers building envelope and roofing design, detailing, analysis, shop drawing and submittal review, roof replacement scoping, construction administration, field inspections, reporting, client and management advising, budget and resource coordination, and team or staff management. Candidates need at least five years of building envelope and roofing project experience, a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, strong technical expertise, and knowledge of local building codes; RA or PE credentials and RRO or RRC certifications are preferred.
