Description
Unique is hiring an Employment Consultant for the Hoofddorp and Haarlem region to connect SME clients with candidates, develop new client relationships, assess staffing needs, recruit and interview candidates, write job advertisements, and manage client relationships. The role requires an MBO level 4 or HBO diploma, strong commercial and communication skills, excellent Dutch, and availability for 32–40 hours per week. It is a full-time temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment, paying €2,850–€3,300 gross per month.
