The role involves conducting consulting engagements or managing projects for prestigious clients in the Asset Management industry, focusing on areas such as Strategy, M&A Integration, Review of Operating Models, Evolution of Organizations, Digital Transformation, Operational Benchmarking, and Change Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in consulting or projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm, with specific knowledge of Target Operating Model, business processes, and IT solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with fluency in English and one of French or German.
