Sia Partners is hiring a Data Scientist/Data Analyst to work on local and international client engagements and internal Heka projects. The role covers data acquisition, exploration, analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, stakeholder communication, solution development, and collaboration with engineering and product teams. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, Python skills, strong communication abilities, and fluency in English and Chinese; data visualization, statistical, and machine learning knowledge are advantageous.
