Description

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha) is seeking experienced consultants to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of consulting experience, preferably within the insurance industry. They will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for complex insurance issues, collecting and analyzing data, preparing hypotheses, and presenting recommendations to clients. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, leading projects, and contributing to the broader business evolution.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of proven consulting experience at a recognized consulting firm or through an ‘in-house’ consulting / business analyst role at a leading financial institution.
Experience within financial services, preferably within the insurance industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with recognized project and consulting frameworks and business process mapping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner; executive presentation skills.
Proven track record of building and sustaining lasting relationships with team members.
Appetite to support clients across our practice areas Intellectual capacity and ability to think in new, innovative ways to understand complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Ability to comfortably multi-task and engage in multiple initiatives concurrently.
Flexibility to travel up to 50%
