NAB Vietnam is hiring a Design System Consultant to build and maintain accessible, reusable front-end components and design-system foundations using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React. The role partners with designers, engineers, product owners, and technical analysts; supports squads adopting the design system; contributes to technical direction; and shares craft through pairing, code review, and documentation. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant experience, production front-end development experience, design-system and accessibility knowledge, and familiarity with Git, CI, testing, and Agile practices.
