Kearney Southeast Asia is hiring Consultants at junior, analyst, associate, and manager levels to support consulting projects across industries and service practices. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, conducting competitor assessments, supporting client workstreams, developing recommendations and co-created solutions, preparing business-development proposals, contributing to thought leadership and reports, and participating in recruiting, training, and mentoring. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, finance, or a related field, be analytically inclined and collaborative problem-solvers, able to prioritize, fluent in English, and ready to contribute from the start.
