BCG Platinion is hiring a Consultant Energy Utilities to work with energy-supply clients and BCG colleagues on digitalization and modernization projects. The role covers technical support, requirements analysis, solution design, implementation of CRM, billing, pricing, forecasting, planning, logistics, and digital data platforms, and management of transformation programs and delivery teams. Candidates need a degree in informatics, business administration, or a related field, at least two years of relevant energy-supply or energy-IT experience, experience working with business analysts and developers, and practical experience configuring industry-standard energy-supply software. German and English communication skills are required; Polish, Czech, and Hungarian are advantageous.
