The client in Heilbronn is hiring a Consultant for HR Projects & Digitalization to lead the international rollout of future-oriented HR systems and concepts, analyze and optimize existing systems, manage projects across budget and timeline, introduce modern IT systems, develop onboarding and enablement concepts, conduct training, and present results. The role requires an HR-focused degree or comparable qualification, experience leading HR digitalization projects, project management and international rollout knowledge, strong German and English skills, and willingness to travel and work onsite three days per week. It is a nine-month temporary employment arrangement with 37.5 hours per week.
