Veeva Systems is hiring a Managed Services Consultant to provide post-implementation application consulting, technical administration, and Tier 2/3 support for Veeva Commercial Solutions customers in China. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring and implementing system changes, advising customers on best practices, supporting ongoing administration and maintenance, providing training, and contributing product feedback. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of IT experience, three years of software development experience with Python or Java, two years of customer-facing experience, and fluency in English.
