IPOL is hiring a full-time Consultant to support industrial clients with operational restructuring, production-process analysis, bottleneck and supplier management, supply-chain optimization, and ramp-up management. The role requires at least two years of professional experience, manufacturing and assembly knowledge, Lean and process-analysis methods, German and English communication skills, and approximately 80% travel to client sites. Compensation is €46,000–€79,000 gross per year, with work performed on site, in the office, or remotely.
