Description
The Consultant, Project Implementation – HRSS plans, coordinates, and delivers Human Resources Shared Services projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, training, internal communications, user acceptance testing, change enablement, and post-implementation support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, communications, training, or change management, familiarity with HR systems and project management tools, and proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project. The position offers an hourly pay range of $37.07 to $55.60.
