Description
The Talent Development Project Manager identifies, plans, implements, and coordinates talent-development projects under limited supervision. The role manages project plans and training documentation, coordinates training programs and coaching, facilitates client consultations, develops change-management and training solutions, and partners with HR and clients to analyze needs and recommend solutions. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience is required, while 3–5 years of experience and training or organizational-development certifications are preferred.
