Consultant - Workforce Analytics & Human Capital at Technical Assent

Technical Assent is hiring a Consultant - Workforce Analytics & Human Capital to support workforce, organizational, and operational improvement initiatives for government clients. The role analyzes data, maps processes, conducts research and stakeholder interviews, develops reports and recommendations, and supports process improvement and organizational effectiveness. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, eligible for a Public Trust clearance, located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and able to work onsite. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with data analytics, process mapping, and workflow analysis. The salary is $100,000–$115,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
