The Senior AI Consultant will drive AI adoption and organizational change across the engineering organization, translating AI strategy into practical ways of working throughout the product development lifecycle. The role focuses on influence, enablement, and change rather than traditional project delivery, requiring a strong engineering background, product-development understanding, broad collaboration with engineering and technology stakeholders, and the ability to build momentum across the organization. The position starts ASAP, is office-first, and is based in Stockholm.
