Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect or in a similar role within Microsoft-based business solutions
Experience designing and implementing solutions in Power Platform or Dynamics 365
Experience with needs analysis, requirements discussions, and translating business needs into technical solutions
Experience with governance and establishing ways of working within Power Platform or equivalent
Experience advising on target architecture and strategic digitalization work within modern business platforms
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure in large organizations or complex IT environments
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technical architecture, including building Azure environments
Experience with Azure Landing Zone and governance according to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework or an equivalent framework
Experience with target architecture, solution design, and technical guidelines for cloud and hybrid environments
Experience with security, governance, and cost control in Azure
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with business-oriented solutions for process optimization, automation, and digitalization
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or an equivalent analytics platform
Experience with integration and data management across multiple systems and sources
Experience with needs analysis, requirements gathering, and user support
At least 3 years of experience in test management, system testing, or quality assurance in IT projects
Experience planning, coordinating, and conducting tests in Microsoft-based business systems
Experience with testing processes, test cases, and quality assurance in agile or iterative projects
Experience with business-oriented work involving requirements discussions, verification, and user support
Experience documenting and developing ways of working in testing and quality assurance
Experience as a product owner or equivalent, with responsibility for roadmap, prioritization, and requirements definition
Experience developing and further developing digital solutions in automation, self-service, or business development
Experience with generative AI, chatbots, digital assistants, or other AI-based solutions in a business-oriented context
Experience translating business needs into digital solutions through requirements work, prioritization, stakeholder management, and collaboration with business and development teams
Experience with change initiatives and business development focused on more efficient processes and ways of working
