Temus is hiring an Associate-level Transformation Consultant to support end-to-end digital transformation outcomes, including problem framing, solution design and prototyping, delivery, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and capability building. The role works across business, experience, delivery, and change teams and involves AI-led transformation, agile sprints, workshops, process flows, journey maps, and rapid prototyping. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant consulting, transformation, product, delivery, or change experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with AI concepts and tools.
