Description
The consulting internship supports complex strategy-to-execution transformation projects, including organizational and leadership-structure analysis, operating-model development, process and KPI analysis, workshop and leadership-sprint facilitation, and briefings for executives. The role works with clients during change, turnaround, and growth phases, collaborates with technology and AI experts, and contributes to cases, frameworks, presentations, and business-development activities. It requires a relevant degree or completed studies, practical project experience, strong communication and organization skills, and willingness to travel within Germany. The internship starts on 1 October 2026, lasts at least three months, pays 2,500 euros gross per month, and includes a two-week probation period, 30 days of vacation after 12 months, and a Germany ticket.
