Mariner is seeking an experienced consulting leader to lead client engagements from strategy through execution, manage complex transformation initiatives and multidisciplinary delivery teams, develop executive client relationships, support business development, and contribute to practice and operational improvement. The role requires consulting or professional services leadership experience, strong strategic and stakeholder-management capabilities, and knowledge of engagement economics and delivery performance.
