RSM is hiring an experienced Consulting Operations leader to support consulting leadership and service teams through strategic execution, initiative and change management, financial performance analysis, business lifecycle and technology deployment support, and operational team management. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years working with management-level individuals, at least 5 years in a professional services firm with corporate development, transactions, or office of the CFO experience, people-management experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and strong financial and analytical capabilities. The compensation range is $136,800–$242,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
