Microsoft is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to own financial and profitability accountability across project and billed revenue, invoicing, costs, and sold margin. The role focuses on accurate forecasting, revenue and contract-value attainment, risk-reserve releases, project closures, approvals, customer and senior-stakeholder engagement, complex cloud and digital delivery, compliance, and ROI and net-new consumption growth. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of consulting, professional services, project management, portfolio management, complex programs, or revenue-driven programs exceeding USD 5 million, along with strong pre-sales and proposal delivery experience; PMP, Agile, Scrum, or domain experience is preferred.
