Oracle Health is hiring a Consulting Software Developer to support federal Edge & Analytics deployments by developing and integrating Oracle APEX applications and Cerner Command Language (CCL) reports and utilities within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancy. The role focuses on building future-state applications, working with customers, applying DevOps practices, reviewing code, resolving performance and scalability issues, testing, and troubleshooting CCL programs. Applicants need at least one year of APEX development experience, knowledge of the Millennium data model, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; familiarity with Oracle SQL, Oracle Analytics Cloud, OCI, federal government customers, and security clearance eligibility is preferred.
