Oracle Health is hiring a Consulting Software Developer to develop and support Oracle Health Millennium (formerly Cerner Millennium) solutions using CCL and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role focuses on building and improving the Federal DOC Tool, including APEX-based application development, CCL reports and utilities, performance and scalability troubleshooting, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and customer collaboration. The position requires at least one year of CCL development experience, knowledge of the Millennium data model, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; familiarity with Oracle SQL, APEX, OAC, OCI, and federal government customers is preferred.
