Description
The Unidade Consultor will provide excellent customer service, acquire new clients, and bring in in-person traffic to the unit. Responsibilities include receiving and advising clients, handling phone and WhatsApp support, scheduling and confirming sessions, registering clients, performing administrative and commercial tasks, negotiating and processing payments, maintaining the unit, conducting client assessments when the manager or laser specialist is unavailable, encouraging NPS responses, and managing cash and unit openings and closings. The role requires secondary education, Office proficiency, customer-service and sales experience, and weekend availability, with fixed salary plus bonuses and benefits including medical and dental assistance.
