Description
The Product Portfolio Operations Manager will support the Consumer Banking Deposits team by coordinating product-line operations, implementing connectivity and collection strategies, leading business readiness for new deposit launches, and managing operational, regulatory, and compliance risks. The role partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, improve workflows, maintain audit-ready documentation, and deliver consistent customer experiences across the Deposits 2.0 portfolio.
