Description
The Product Portfolio Operations Manager will support the Consumer Banking Deposits team by coordinating product-line operations, reporting, change initiatives, and business readiness for new deposit launches. The role partners with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to manage regulatory and operational controls, mitigate risks, streamline processes, and improve customer experiences across the Deposits 2.0 portfolio. It requires at least five years of experience in program management, portfolio operations, or performance optimization, along with expertise in consumer banking, product development, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
