Description
The Product Portfolio Operations Manager will support the Consumer Banking Deposits team by coordinating product portfolio operations, implementing connectivity and collection strategies, managing operational risks and controls, and leading business readiness for new deposit product launches and enhancements. The role partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, streamline processes, and improve customer experiences. It requires at least five years of experience in program management, portfolio operations, performance optimization, or a related discipline, along with expertise in consumer banking operations, product management, deposit products, and Agile methodologies.
